Location isn’t ideal—it's a solid 20-minute walk to the metro, and you’re greeted by a view of the nearby factory puffing steam, which does nothing for the ambiance. The air conditioning seems to only know how to pump out heat, forcing open windows and a risk of breathing in whatever the factory's throwing out. Breakfast at €17 feels a bit steep for what you get, especially when nearby dining options are limited.

the 'hotel' was tucked away in the middle of nowhere, with a view of a factory, not exactly the romantic getaway I hoped for. The lack of proper customer service during my stay was infuriating. A particular staff member was rude and made my wife cry, adding an unpleasant touch to our visit. it took forever to resolve a few simple issues, leaving us feeling frustrated rather than welcomed.

The Residhome was a great place for a work stay. The rooms were roomy and clean, making it suitable for business travelers. having a Starbucks next door was convenient for quick coffee runs, and the nearby Japanese restaurant offered good dining options. The metro station is about a 15 to 20-minute walk, giving easy access to the city.

Clean studio, comfortable one-bedroom apartment, with a nice kitchenette that allowed us to prepare meals and air conditioning that provided a cool escape after long days of walking around and exploring the city, which is easily accessible with public transport just a short distance away.

the apart'hotel is like brand new and super clean. our studio was really spacious and the bed was comfy with a nice soft topper. loved the stylish lobby area where we could chill and play games. also, the staff were really friendly and helpful, always smiling. getting to the hotel from orly airport was easy with a bus stop just a few meters away.

only downside was no window shutters so morning light was a bit bright, and it took some time to get to central paris with 2 or 3 changes in the bus/metro.

Just a reliable pick for a couple of nights in Ivry-sur-Seine with good value. Room was spacious and had a nice kitchenette which was helpful. Consider bringing your own snacks as nearby options are limited.

The one-bedroom apartment was super spacious and perfect for our family. The huge bed was so comfy, and there was plenty of closet space. The kitchen was nicely equipped, even if a bit tight on space. The bathroom felt really roomy too, and the big windows gave great light. They opened completely for fresh air. Loved the variety of organic options at breakfast—it really set us up for the day!
